Noventrixa Technologies provides software development services, digital products, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions. Due to the nature of digital and customized services, the following policy applies.
1. General Policy
All sales made by Noventrixa Technologies are final, except as expressly stated in this policy. We do not offer refunds for digital products or services once access has been granted or work has commenced.
2. Software Development Services (Custom Projects)
- Payments made for custom software development, design, integrations, or consulting services are non-refundable once the project has started.
- If a project is cancelled by the client after commencement, Noventrixa Technologies reserves the right to:
- Retain payment for work already completed, and
- Invoice for any additional costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
Credits (if applicable)
At our discretion, we may issue a service credit for unused project scope.
Credits:
- Are non-transferable
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Must be used within 90 days
3. SaaS Subscriptions
Subscription Fees
- Subscription fees (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are non-refundable.
- No refunds are issued for:
- Partial usage periods
- Unused time
- Early cancellation
Cancellation
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Access to the service remains active until the billing period ends.
4. Free Trials (If Offered)
- Free trials are provided to allow users to evaluate our SaaS products.
- Once a trial converts to a paid plan, no refunds will be issued.
5. Technical Issues & Service Downtime
Refunds or credits will not be issued for:
- Temporary service interruptions
- Scheduled maintenance
- Issues caused by third-party providers
- User error or misuse of the platform
Where a major outage occurs due to our fault, Noventrixa Technologies may, at its sole discretion, issue service credits.
6. Digital Products & Licenses
All digital products, licenses, plugins, APIs, or downloadable materials are:
- Non-returnable
- Non-refundable once delivered or accessed
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Noventrixa Technologies may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Termination of accounts
- Permanent loss of access without refund
8. Policy Modifications
Noventrixa Technologies reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
